VIDEO: Corey Pieper FT. Sean Kingston – “Truly Do (MAG X Remix)”

Corey Pieper has the visual out for his song “Truly Do” with Sean Kingston, teaming up with DJ MAG X from India for a remix version of the track. Shot by PhillyFlyBoy, the production finds Pieper accompanied by backup dancers in a dark garage setting. Organically combining reggaeton and hip hop sensibilities, the song is an appeal to a love interest, with Pieper assuring his woman that he loves her with his mind right and game up. Check it out!

VIDEO: Corey Pieper Featuring Reem Riches – “Airbnb”

Corey Pieper is back with a new video, and he’s looking for a girl to bring back to the “Airbnb.” The song has a mellow tone to it, while Pieper explains to a girl that he can bring her and her friends back to the rental for a party. The track also features a guest verse from Reem Riches, who throws in his two cents on the same topic. The video, filmed in Morocco, only gives us half of the story, with Pieper delivering the track from the Airbnb. We don’t see Reem, but we hear his verse on the track. Check out the clip below:

VIDEO: Corey Pieper – “Pineapple Express”

Corey Pieper’s new video for “Pineapple Express” perfectly complements the summer-ready love track with its infectious energy. The song, driven by bright guitars and dancehall-influenced drums, sets the perfect backdrop for the video’s picturesque settig. As the camera follows Pieper on a boat, navigating the crystal-clear waters around Portugal, we hear a song about finding the right girl. The well-written pop track, combined with the visuals from PhillyFlyBoy, creates an irresistible combination. Check out the video below:

Corey Pieper dropped a new single and video recently. Filmed in Dubai and directed by PhillyFlyBoy, the visual finds Pieper taking in the city while getting a feel for the culture, going out dune-buggying, hanging out with a camel and out on jet skis in the river. Corey Pieper is out living into his dreams, bringing a trap beat (produced by Chackson) and stylish flow with “Soak It Up.”

AUDIO: Corey Pieper – “Holy Moly”

Corey Pieper wasn’t going to let this summer go without putting his stamp on it. This year, he’s got a single for the clubs and cars with “Holy Moly.” Taking darker trap production, Pieper proves that he has the swagger, but also some quotable bars that you won’t forget any time soon. In under two minutes, Pieper is talking about having some money and flexing about partying with rich flare, but also that he can tap into the streets if need be. Corey Pieper is always up to something, but you can check out this single below:

VIDEO: Corey Pieper Featuring Sean Kingston – “Truly Do”

After some production setbacks amongst the pandemic, Corey Pieper has new visuals out for his 2020 collaboration with Sean Kingston, “Truly Do.” The song is built for the summer, with a dancehall feel that makes the best of Kingston and Pieper’s talents, with an inescapable groove that could land on mainstream radio as a hit single. While the video does not feature an appearance from Kingston, Pieper and director PhillyFlyBoy make their way to Hawaii for the clip, which features home movies and now plays as a tribute to Pieper’s family, who appear throughout the video. Corey Pieper recently linked up with Lil Saucy for his latest single and video, and he’s got a trap banger on his hands with “Got It Next.” The track is about being the next to blow up, and getting to the fame and fortune your own way. Pieper has been a fixture of the local music scene, but Lil Saucy shines here and truly lives the lyrics, as a much anticipated artist that has been developing a buzz for some time as well. The video from PhillyFlyBoy has the duo in a military base, rapping on tanks with armed forces making their way through the trenches. It’s a strong looking video, and one of Pieper’s best efforts yet. Check out “Got It Next” here below:

AUDIO: Corey Pieper Featuring Bee Scott – “All Day Long”

Long-running pop act Corey Pieper has a new single out, teaming up with Bee Scott for the pop-country single, “All Day Long.” Intended to be an anthem for day drinking, the song blend elements of country, hip hop, and pop into a summer jam. There’s references to the lockdown period, with Pieper adding that he hasn’t left the house in a while, and they’ll be sipping Budweiser instead of Corona. There’s a lot going on here, so pop a cold one, kick back, and check out the single below:

VIDEO: Corey Pieper – “M.I.A. ft. Wisco YD”

Hip hop artist Corey Pieper has the long-anticipated video out to his song “M.I.A.” with Wisco YD. Directed by PhillyFlyBoy, the story depicts YD telling Pieper that his grandpa is getting his church taken away. The music starts as a posse of nuns take up arms and go after the ones that stole the church. The money gets splattered with blood in the process, so the nuns wash each hundred dollar bill and hang them up individually on a clothesline. Pieper and YD then have lobster, bottles, and candles with the nuns as they take what is rightfully theirs. It’s an elaborate scheme that takes immense creative risks, amplified by Flyboy’s intensely suspenseful shots.

AUDIO: Corey Pieper Featuring Sean Kingston – “Truly Do”

Corey Pieper is back with a new record, and it features a major collaboration in Sean Kingston. As you might expect, there’s a bit of a dancehall feel to the pop single, with Kingston and Pieper matching putting harmonies over the persistent beat. The track is a good match for both artists, with each other’s styles complimenting one another. For Pieper, this is obviously a major step forward, putting the N43 Records artist into a new realm with the feature. While it’s a little gloomy outside in the Wisconsin fall, the track is sure to brighten up your day. Check it out below:

AUDIO: Corey Pieper Featuring Bee Scott – “Find A Way”

Perseverance is at the heart of any independent artist’s being, and that’s especially true for veteran act Corey Pieper, who returned recently with “Find A Way” featuring Bee Scott. The track deals with overcoming adversity, which is always relevant, but feels increasingly more important with each passing day. Both artist’s verses discuss dealing with the struggle of pursuing their respective dreams, and the process of clearing their head and making something happen out of nothing. It’s an inspiring track, in many ways, and another example of quality production from both artists, with Pieper being a mainstay of Milwaukee hip hop and pop for some time. Check out “Find A Way” below:

VIDEO: Mr. Nice Guy with Corey Pieper

One of our contributors, Ben Slowey, is more than on top of the local music scene. In addition to his work for Breaking And Entering, he also hosts the Mr. Nice Guy podcast, an interview-based show that reaches out to Milwaukeeans for conversations about what motivates them. Many of these shows fittingly involve the local music scene, and we’ll be sharing some of them here as well.

Today, Ben talks to Corey Pieper, whose singles “Asi Me Gusta”, “M.I.A.”, “Rose”, and “Check Clear” all came out this past year. He’s got two new ones already, “Late Nightz” and “Sticking 2 the Code.” They discussed Corey’s story getting involved in music, his recent trip to Paris, signing with N43 Records, our favorite US cities, and his new songs. AUDIO: Corey Pieper Featuring Bee Scott & Denny Lanez – “Up To Par”

For several years, Corey Pieper has made a name for himself locally as a hip hop / pop crossover act. On Monday, Pieper returned with a new track, “Up To Par”, featuring Bee Scott and Denny Lanez. Featuring some hard hitting production, the collaboration might be one of the artist formerly known as C-Piepz’ best work so far. Bee Scott and Denny Lanez are established artists in their own right, and prove they can hold their own on their featured verses. No word on if there’s more on the way from Pieper and his team, but this is definitely a track worthy of a few spins. Check out “Up To Par” below:
