After much anticipation, Grace Weber dropped her sophomore album last week. “Paperflower” is 11 tracks crafted to perfectly compliment Weber’s vocals, which shine brightly on this record. From opener “Fallin'” alone, you get a feeling of how the record will sound, with beautifully layered vocals and production that feels rooted in turn-of-the-millenium R&B with a modern flare. Tackling just about every aspect of a relationship, there’s songs of both love and loss here that could break through as pop hits.
