This week’s Artist of the Week selection is Ujuzi Fresh. This R&B/Rap duo consists of Tray and Sawyer, two very young artists with a very polished sound. At only 17 and 18 years old, these two are another example of the next generation of up and coming artists in the city. Their name, specifically “Ujuzi”, is a Swahili word meaning skills. Ujuzi Fresh definitely has some skills, and they have a sound that could land them on a mainstream radio station in the near future. Check out “Like A Queen”:
