After much anticipation, singer/songwriter Jacob Slade’s fourth album, “Brain Fog,” is out today. Drawing from folk and indie rock influences with a blend of acoustic guitars and introspective lyrics, Slade bares his internal thoughts for the world to see, giving you plenty of mellow jams to enjoy in the process. Anchored by closer “Wake Up,” the record feels like it is one of self-discovery, and adjusting to getting older and feeling differently about the world.
