AUDIO: LUXI – “Blooming After A Cold Dark Night”
LUXI stays incredibly busy, and when she’s not working on her Wicked Alley store in the Third Ward, she’s developing games and crafting new EPs, including the recently released “Blooming After A Cold Dark Night.” Across five songs, there’s atmospheric songs, but faster paced drums than usual, creating a sense of tension and unease about it all. LUXI remains a beacon of light, though, with higher pitched vocals that reverb heavily to give her an ethereal tone.
