AUDIO: Phatbrane Featuring Hailey Simone – “I Need U”
Producer Phatbrane has a new track out, collaborating with vocalist Hailey Simone for “I Need U.” The two-and-a-half minute track features a wandering, aimless sounding beat with occasional vocal stings from Simone and a computerized voice. It’s dark, and still a bit captivating, as the synthetic tones constantly feel like the next evolution of the song is just around the corner. While its largely instrumental, there’s plenty of emotion that gets conveyed on the song, and a blistering guitar solo that makes an appearance in the latter half of the track.
