It’s feeling more and more like summer, as the Bay View Neighborhood Association announced their 2018 Chill on the Hill Lineup today. It’s a stacked local lineup, including Lex Allen, Mortgage Freeman, Mike Mangione & The Kin, Negative/Positive, Trapper Schoepp, and the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra is back, as well.
