Frantic Repair’s debut, “Grey Hour,” is a brooding yet energetic release that needs to be on your radar. The band, who’ve been steadily building up their name in the city’s indie scene, deliver five tracks that balance raw, distorted guitars with introspective lyrics that capture the peculiar anxiety of living in the bleakest of times.
