Indie rockers Iron Pizza have returned with “Serpo,” a shimmering pop confection that dropped this week and finds the band continuing to refine their infectious sound. The EP mixes earworm melodies with the quirky charm that comes along with their brand of synth-driven rock. “Serpo” keeps one foot firmly planted in the DIY ethos that Iron Pizza have developed with, while still pushing the band forward into new territory.
