Indie rockers Shrinestone are a new act comprised of Milwaukee music veterans, and years of perfecting their individual crafts have come together for their debut EP, “Zed.” Pulling from everything including new wave, lo-fi, and shoegaze, the band have four songs here that feel deeper than most, with atmospheric elements that give the whole project increased depth. “Zed” feels transformative, personal, and like the genesis of something much bigger from the band.
