5pm to Nowhere are looking beyond the confines of their world, and that comes out on their new EP, “City of Light, Act I.” The project is about exploration, contemplation, and wonder, as the band captures the feelings of wanting something greater for yourself. Across six tracks, there’s a universal theme of wanting more, whether that means leaving the comfort of home to find success, or looking to improve from within and project that outward. That all gets transcribed throughout ambitious guitars and piano-driven tracks with heartfelt vocals. 5pm to Nowhere are moving forward, and it’s up to you to determine if you want to take the leap with them.
