Singer/songwriter Kevin Arroyo has a jangly new song out, and he’s embracing all that’s good in love on “Cloudy Skies.” When the person he’s interested in isn’t there, it’s like the world falls apart. That being said, he’ll make the most of the moments together, and he conveys that over a flanging guitar and upbeat drums.
