Experimental folk artist Def Sonic released a new album this week, with the blissfully beautiful “Aesthetically Pleading.” With a mixture of breathy synth layers, filtered vocals, and bright guitars, each composition is thoughtful and comes together as part of the greater whole. At times, there are spoken vocals to tell you the direct intent of the song. It all weaves together, and makes for a calming, introspective final product. Check it out here:
