AUDIO: Marsha Swanson – “Still Remember”

Marsha Swanson is still flying high with her album, “Near Life Experience” remaining popular in the progressive-pop space. One of the new songs from the album recently released by Marsha is “Still Remember”, featuring a lyric video which sums the track up perfectly!

“Still Remember” is a delight to delve into; especially when focusing on the lyrics. Moreover, Marsha speaks about inner conflict and struggles, suggesting that a certain person is facing some kind of emotional turmoil, is it anxiety? There is also an emotional numbness where the character does not necessarily feel one way or another, joy or sadness is not available, and the only feeling is the desire to move forward.

Despite the negative sentiments, there is also a sense of hope breaking out. Moreover, the person whom Marsha speaks about has the chance to see a brighter future and there is positivity ahead but it appears that they are struggling to notice it themselves. Also, the title of the track “Still Remember” could serve as a reminder that one should remember the good times when they come face to face with a challenge.
