Pop hybrid Micah Emrich is back with new music, and he’s getting into the dark thoughts on new single “Maybe Hell Is A Better Place.” Assisted by an acoustic guitar and light drums to start, Emrich contemplates how the world would react if he wasn’t part of it. It’s a dark song, but Emrich makes it catchy with layered vocals that get crisper with every bar. Things break wide open towards the end, as we get into a full fledged emotional jam with a more empassioned delivery and a blistering guitar solo.
