Tidal has a new jam out, and they get dark and mysterious on “Kiefer Sutherland.” An eery haze brings you into the track, before a bluesy guitar solo steals the show. The instrumental track is anchored by the guitar, which noodles its way through the darkness of dissonant tones in the background. Everything is propelled forward by a trudging drumbeat.
