Singer/songwriter 5pm To Nowhere teamed up with Matt Froelich, and the two have a blissful song about moving on with “City of Leaves.” What originates as a leisurely strolling pace builds to an all-out jam, with vocal harmonies adding breathy layers to the ever-increasing intensity. In terms of subject matter, the song could honestly cover any topic, and these two would be able to create something wonderful from it. “City Of Leaves” is in some ways about questioning your surroundings, but it really is about showcasing two creatives doing what they each do best.
