Singer/songwriter 5 PM to Nowhere has a new song out, and he lives through the mundane experience of working a dead end job on “Acceptance”. Driven by a piano and not much else, Jacob Webb details being in the moment, yet lacking all motivation to move forward. It’s a very relatable feeling for anyone that has been in a seemingly hopeless situation, and Webb does a great job of capturing the feeling of not knowing where to go next. This is the first single from 5 PM to Nowhere of 2022, following a pair of releases last year. While there is certainly more material on the way, “Acceptance” is the type of song that can give you an adequate sample of his songwriting style. Check out the track below:
