Hip hop artist Genesis Renji has the video out to “Gone Baby” from his fantastic project “E.D.E.N” from earlier this year. Directed by Underdog Productions and starring Emerald Monet, the visual features Renji and his woman experiencing the peaks and valleys of their relationship; first they’re shown out having fun together and everything feels right, but they eventually start bickering and a wedge develops between them. Renji’s lyrics touch on how uneasy love is once you’ve come to terms with one another – a prominent theme of the EP the song’s from. Genesis Renji tackled some hard conversations in 2021; we look forward to what he’ll do in 2022.
