Noise rockers Primitive Broadcast Service have a new video out accompanying “Word Is A Virus” from their recent album “Colors for Chameleons.” The video is shot by Justin Propp and is heavily inspired by the work of infamous author William S. Burroughs; old clips of soldiers marching, doctors treating people and animals, church figures, and police beating protestors are shown. It’s a statement about conformity and control by power structures in which speaking out is cause for punishment, done to the tune of relentless cacophony. Definitely feels right for the times.
