As the next generation of Milwaukee music continues to grow and expand, new names are coming out of the city, popularizing themselves via social platforms. The latest name is Liza Jane, whose debut album “Internet Girl No. 1” is full of smooth alternative pop. The project infuses everything from pop to hip hop to indie rock and R&B, creating a veritable stew of influences that come out as a genre-neutral blend of music. From the Main.Key-produced single “Skinny Jeans & Bucket Hats” to the more personal closer “Self Help”, Liza Jane is just one of a new host of artists creating without limits, and “Internet Girl No. 1” is a prime example of that.
