AUDIO: Lex Allen – “I.D.E.N.T.I.T.Y.”
While the R&B scene in Milwaukee is growing in numbers, Lex Allen is undoubtedly one of the names at the forefront of the scene. With a sound that mixes in pop and hip hop elements, Lex has become well known locally, and that momentum continues on his new EP, “I.D.E.N.T.I.T.Y.”. The project is three tracks, based around the title track as the lead single. Following that is previously released track, “Your You”, and new track “Let Go”, a guitar-driven track about clearing your mental space to become your best self. The EP is a good sampler for those that haven’t heard Lex Allen before, and as he continues to branch out into new territories, there will be more and more ears coming to this project first.
