AUDIO: Juiceboxxx – “Ripping Up My Soul”
Juiceboxxx has blazed his own trail for years, and part of that includes a relentless DIY release schedule. While always having a rock and roll ethos about himself, Juice is finally making music that matches that spirit with his latest, “Ripping Up My Soul”, which is released through Dangerbird Records. The transition out of hip hop, while possibly temporary, could be a career transition for the Milwaukee artist. Lyrically, the song copes with the reality of being an artist through all of his formative years, and the desire to continue doing his own thing. To be fair, nobody could blame him; Juiceboxxx has been putting out music on his own terms for over thirteen years now. This is the third release from Juiceboxxx this year, and it’s more than likely that there’s an album on the way at some point. Check out “Ripping Up My Soul” below:
