Sex Scenes’ sophomore release, “Swallow” is everything that made punk records of a different generation great in one spot. Fueled on raw energy, the band blazes through five songs at breakneck speed, with a style that feels like it could come unglued in a moment. “Swallow” is the follow up to last year’s “Braindead” demo, which catapulted Sex Scenes onto the punk scene. The band is currently in the midst of a tour supporting the EP, and you can catch them in a city near you, including a June 25th show at High Dive with Detenzione and Pay Up.
