Producer Sir Gilbert has returned with “Phantom Park,” a new EP that is hauntingly good. The new project finds Sir Gilbert working harsh electronic glitches against lo-fi beats, and working in elements of house and downtempo along the way. He collaborates with Milo for “Tiebreaker, Good Game,” which feels like the two playing off of one another’s styles for a jam track that keeps things brief but effective.
