Next Paperback Hero is making the most of 2025, opting to release a new album on New Year’s Day. “Better Late Than Never” is nine songs of autobiographical storytelling, talking about growing up, finding your place, and navigating life’s challenges. Layered vocals glisten over an acoustic guitar for much of the record, giving the whole thing a very intimate feel.
