Metal band Want Of Sin put out a new album last week, getting heavy on “Hydrophobic.” The record is eight tracks of blistering power, with chugging riffs and frantic guitar solos. Tracks like “Water Damage” and “Nokken” are slow burns, while others lke “Captains Terminus” waste no time to get to shrill screams and an all-out audio assault. “Hydrophobic” takes things to the extreme when it needs to, with raw power on display from the band.
