Indie rockers Well + Good are building up to their new EP, “If I’m Being Honest,” and on Friday we got the second single from the new project, “Mousetrap.” The song is a mellow rocker with a hook that is inescapable. A gradually building guitar guides us through this one, with lyrics navigating internal thoughts about getting stuck playing the same old games. It’s a great piece of songwriting, and comes with an equally catchy previous single, “Mary & Haskell” from the EP, which is due out on February 28th.
