DC The Don is back with a new project, and he’s feeling a new energy with “Rebirth,” which dropped on Wednesday. Living in the spaces between hyperpop and conventional hip hop, DC lets his feelings out across 18 tracks, letting himself go into new sonic directions. Leaving restrictions behind is absolutely the right move for him, as he’s at his most creative when able to experiment with melodies, guitars and vocal effects. “Rebirth” marks a new chapter for DC The Don, and his growth has been tremendous since his Soundcloud days.
