Phasing’s debut EP is out today, and while the band had already been generating a name for themselves, “If I Were Leaving” realizes the potential of their blend of pop punk and shoegaze. The seven-track record doesn’t compromise when it comes to intensity or emotion, with songs that are guaranteed to get you moving led by previous single “Tenny.” The band will celebrate the release of the EP on Sunday night at Company Brewing alongside Chicago’s Lettering and Well + Good.
