The Chris Haise Band has a pair of new singles that dropped, and their tight musicianship shines on “Who Framed Mother Goose” and b-side ”I Don’t Listen To Love Songs.” The former is a rollicking track that talks about getting older and hopefully more successful as time goes on (if you’re lucky,) and the latter criticizes the construction of the traditonal radio-friendly love song. Both tracks come from a new album on the way, and the band celebrated the release with a show at Anodyne Coffee Roasters on Saturday.
