Sushi Cowboy’s debut EP is out, and it’s a project free of genre restrictions. Self-described as “Greasecore,” the band has elements of jam, retro alternative, indie and more influences that find their way into this EP. At its core, the record features tight musicianship, heartfelt vocals, and the energy of a new band coming into their form. The band celebrated the EP release on a snowy night at Company Brewing, and are sure to be fixtures of bills around Milwaukee this year. Check out the EP below:
