Hybrid artist Hi-Milly’s latest, “Russian Roulette” comes and goes in a flash, but not without plenty of emotional content packed in between. With a sound that leans between hyperpop and hip hop, the track is about a turbulent relationship and the emotions that Milly is feeling along the way. The amped up beat, in a way, feels like anxiety in audio form, fitting in perfectly with the theme of the track.
