If you’ve been around local music for the last few months, you’ve likely at least heard the name Scam Likely come up. The band is gearing up for the release of their debut album on January 21st at The Back Room at Colectivo, and ahead of that, dropped a new single with “Domestic Bliss.” The track lives on a rolling guitar riff and lyrics about a rendevous with a crush in the back of your car. A frantic energy drives this one forward in what is sure to be a crowd favorite. We’ll find out at the sold out release show, but “Domestic Bliss” seems like a great indicator that their album “Getting Worse” is going to be a special moment for the local indie scene.
