There’s something particularly chilling about a dark piano key. Die By The Sword know that on their latest drop, “Effulgence,” released on Halloween. With a heavy loop that mixes said piano keys and a boom bap beat, there’s a lot of different places explored here by the track. Things space out for a bit, almost entering dub territories, before being brought back into a face melter of an outro. There’s a lot that can be done with some sampled chords and smacking beats, and that’s what Die By The Sword proves here. Nod along to the track below:
