Dark alternative rock act Creepy Little Things has it’s first album out now, after a lengthy run of singles. “Fallen Angel” leans into the deepest, darkest parts of the alt rock sound, with graveled vocals from singer/songwriter Scotty Damned guiding you through the depths of the record. While there’s certainly plenty of heavy elements here, the album doesn’t lack for energy or melody, either, creating a well-rounded showcase of what Damned can do as a writer. The raw aggression that comes across on this album is something that can’t be replicated, however, with a full commitment from Damned as a performer to maximize the effectiveness of these songs.
