Metalcore band Kourier have a new video out, and things get extra heavy on “Thorns.” The song is about essentially being at the end of your rope, and going through the hard times. Guttural screams bring out the frustration that comes with feeling that way, but there’s more than just pure aggression here. Digging guitars and a mellower verse give the screams their power, and while the band is on the newer side, they’re showing some mastery of the genre here. “Thorns” is only the fourth single out from Kourier, so there’s lots more on the way, and you can check out the video from Eddie Curran of Enterprise Films below:
