AUDIO: Rahn Harper – “Water & Oil”
Pop/hip hop hybrid Rahn Harper dropped a new EP at the end of April, and it’s four tracks that get in your feels. “Water & Oil” is a project fittingly based around toxic relationships and the coping behavior that comes with it. Harper is longing for the company of a woman on tracks like “Fly,” but living in the hectic back and forth by the time the project reaches its closer, “Magnets.” As Rahn Harper continues to build his fanbase on a larger scale, this project works as a solid introduction for new listeners, and keeps the loyalists appeased, with some stellar songwriting and production from an artist that has proven himself many times over at this point.
