Indie rockers Mookie Terremoto are back with their second EP, the follow up to their 2021 debut. “Side B” picks up where “Side A” left off, with five songs that find a way to be smooth yet powerful. With clean guitars and a dousing of room tone, this feels like a DIY recording that pulls the best qualities of the band performing live onto the record. All of these tracks deliver some straight up rock and roll that can get your feet tapping or your head nodding, though.
