Experimental act Docx has their fifth track of the year out, and gets dark on “Through The Embers.” More soundscape than single, the release has an atmospheric feel to it. The track lives up to its name, feeling like the aftermath of a raging fire, or the eerie calm nothingness that happens in the remnants of something explosive. Docx is making a name for themselves in the fringe of Milwaukee’s music scene, and there’s likely more where this comes from before summer ends. Listen to “Through The Embers” here:
