The tension of a relationship can sometimes be worse than one person leaving. That tension is what Brett J.B. tries to capture on his single, “Do I Know You?” The track is mellow, but the lyrics play out all of the uncertainty that comes with love when things go awry. It’s a very human, relatable feeling, and the songwriting lets all of those tough moments out.
