Gothic-industrial rockers Lockjaw have a new EP out today, dedicated to Mike “Cowboy X” Peed. The hellish rock knights deliver six tracks that touch on lustful love, disorientation, and dying feelings among other emotionally dark things. Noted are some trip hop and psychedelic elements incorporated into the band’s powerful sound, especially with the song “Higher Now.” The record’s an exploration of the foggy dwellings within one’s mind where the sense of self becomes ever-so bleak. Lockjaw also have a video for “Down the Hall” out today as well – check it all out.
