Our Music Director, Ben Slowey, is more than on top of the local music scene. In addition to his work for Breaking And Entering, he also hosts the Mr. Nice Guy podcast, an interview-based show that reaches out to Milwaukeeans for conversations about what motivates them. Many of these shows fittingly involve the local music scene, and we’ll be sharing some of them here as well.
Today, Ben talks to singer-songwriter Ethan Keller, whose most recent record “Carried Away” came out in 2017. He’s the founder/owner of Cache Cider, Milwaukee’s first cidery. They discussed Ethan’s personal evolution as an artist, the layering of his last record, gigs he has lined up for the summer, his goal to enrich education about apples with his cidery, and the ciders he’s pouring now.
