Electronic sampler artist Rum Revere has yet another compilation of tracks out. Brock Gourlie continues his smorgasbord of eccentric cuts that will alternately make you chuckle but get you grooving. He focuses a bit more on atmosphere and sonic space here, with some tracks taking a minimalist approach, and others feel like he’s playing in the middle of a huge gymnasium. Rum Revere is always a boatload of fun; it’s exciting hearing what inventive concoctions of sounds he develops.
