Zipten is flying the flag for Italian electronic music once again with his new delivery, ‘Volcano Sunset’. It is a track which sizzles with heat and energy leaks out of it like a broken valve.

What I love most about, Zipten is his ability to drop smash hits consistently. He has a knack of captivating, and he leverages it here on ‘Volcano Sunset’. However, it reminds me of a track for the warmer months as opposed to December, but, who cares about the seasons when we have a potent cocktail like this one.

It all gets underway with a brass arrangement with the beat pumping away with a subterranean covering. The track then suddenly takes a sharp turn and heads down a new path in the lead. It is a trend which Zipten sticks to given that his previous hit was just as unpredictable. But I enjoy this method. Why? It keeps us on our toes, and we never know what will come next.

For me, I still crave a vocal to make it onto one of Zipten’s tracks. I am aware he likes to keep it real with his electronic instrumental approach taking the forefront of his plans. Still, a killer vocal would stand out even more vigorously, in my opinion. Also, I am sure many singers would queue to work with him, given his quick rise to popularity. Mind you, who knows, maybe he has plans up his sleeve for a collab in 2021? After all, it is what made Clavin Harris the legend he is today, and Zipten could easily follow down the same path.
