Tommy Conquest takes a unique approach to hip hop music, and his latest track with Rated-R Playboy is exactly that. Themed around moving up levels in a video game, Conquest raps about trials and tribulations he’s experienced as he’s been taking his music career seriously, even though not everyone notices how hard he works. Playboy’s verse finds him relating a lot to Conquest’s ambition. It’s a feel-good song about chasing after something you believe in and beating adversity as you move up. Conquest has also dropped tracks with Genesis Renji and Nile this year, so we can tell he’s definitely hard at work.
