The record is ten tracks of heavy, buzzy rock and roll dripping in distortion. Influenced by lo-fi acts like any of Jack White’s projects and Queens of the Stone Age, the band pulls no punches on the record, bringing heavy riffs to the forefront and then putting some extra kick on them for good measure. Tracks like “Mr. Downpresser” and “Unholy (Turn The Mirror)” hold nothing back and it’s the kind of sound that translates well to a live room.
