AUDIO: Anura – “Leaping With Intent To Fly”
Milwaukee garage rockers Anura have been putting in work, including playing out at spots like Up & Under and The Rebel Stage at Summerfest recently. To go with that, they’ve also just released a brand new album, “Leaping With Intent To Fly”. The new album is eleven tracks of alternative rock inspired by a myriad of influences spanning the last few decades, as you can hear trace elements of everything from grunge to pop punk within the songs on the release. While some aspects of the release may be a little rough around the edges, the layering and melodies within the album are representative of the band’s sound and writing talent. This is definitely a step forward for Anura, and we’ll see where it takes them from here. Check out “Leaping With Intent To Fly” below:
