After a year of mostly laying low, Donte Tidmore is back, and gearing up for a new album, entitled “You”. The time off was well worth the wait, however, as you can hear from the first single off the project, “Runaway Love”. Produced by Sofrozyne, the track has a laid-back, R&B feel to it, and Tidmore brings melodic bars to compliment the track well. Lyrically, the song is about a couple escaping everyone around them in order to be at peace with just each other. It’s a very strong look from Donte, and just the start of the rollout for the album, which as of now has no set release date.
