AUDIO: CT – “I Never Asked For This”
In 2017, Milwaukee emcee CT launched his way onto our radar with his impressive “Not Bad For A Blogger” project. Since then, we’ve gotten a mixture of singles and features to help get more acquainted with his sound and flow. That build brings us to the next big step for CT, with the release of his sophomore album, “I Never Asked For This”. With 12 tracks, including recent single split “Lord Willin’ / Ride”, we get a hungry flow from CT, with a little more intensity than we heard on the first project. A slew of features, including Blizz, Genesis Renji, Maal Himself, Yo Dot, Camb and more give the album extra depth, though CT can hold the spotlight on his own when he needs to.
